Two 20 min sittings period with a short kin hin (walking meditation). Tea Break from 7:00 to 7:15pm
We complete the evening by chanting "The Heart of the Prajnaparamita" in English.
Note: some cushions available; if possible bring your own zafu or bench.
Also, if you want to use chairs they are available.

We are a small (4-5 regulars) lay group formed by Northwoods members in February '98. We're all "beginners" and welcome anyone interested in starting or furthering their practice and study of Buddhism.
Chairs and throwpillows available, or bring your own zafu or bench.
